1. Veterinary Health Check

• Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our facility.

• Puppies come with a current health certificate, vaccination records, and a deworming schedule.

2. General Health Guarantee

• Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery or pickup.

• Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

• If a life-threatening illness or major congenital defect is found during this exam, buyers must notify us in writing with a detailed veterinary report.

3. Genetic Guarantee

• We guarantee your puppy to be free from life-threatening genetic disorders (such as severe hip dysplasia, heart defects, or other major hereditary conditions) for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• In the rare case a genetic condition is confirmed by two licensed veterinarians, we will either:

  • Replace the puppy with one of equal value from the next available litter, or

  • Offer a partial refund (breeder’s choice).

4. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor conditions such as parasites, common puppy colds, ear infections, or other easily treatable ailments.

• Health issues caused by negligence, poor diet, accidents, or lack of proper veterinary care.

• Shipping costs or veterinary expenses incurred after purchase.
