1. Safe & Comfortable Transportation

• All puppies are shipped using reputable, licensed pet transport services.

• Puppies travel in climate-controlled environments to ensure their safety and comfort.

• Each puppy is placed in an airline-approved crate with soft bedding, food, and water for the journey.

2. Health & Documentation Before Shipping

• Every puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to departure.

• Puppies are shipped with:

  • A current health certificate

  • Vaccination & deworming records

  • Any additional required paperwork for interstate or international travel

• Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving for their new homes.

3. Delivery Options

• Air Cargo Shipping: The most common method, where puppies are flown safely to the nearest major airport to the buyer’s location.

• Pet Nanny Service: For buyers who prefer extra care, we can arrange a trained pet nanny to personally escort your puppy and hand-deliver them to your nearest airport.

• Ground Transportation: Available in select regions within the United States.

4. Costs & Fees

• Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the chosen method of transportation.

• Standard shipping fees generally include the crate, health certificate, and travel arrangements.

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing the purchase.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must be available to pick up the puppy on arrival at the designated airport or delivery point.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival to activate the Health Guarantee.

6. International Shipping

• We proudly offer international delivery for approved buyers.

• All international shipments must comply with the import regulations of the destination country, including additional vaccinations, permits, or quarantine (if required).

• Buyers are responsible for knowing and covering any additional import requirements for their country.
